In summary, we have a 30-day return policy, subject to specific conditions and exclusions. Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, condoms and other intimate products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. Only unopened products in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for return, unless they are defective or not as described.
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw from a purchase made online without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply to sealed intimate or hygiene products (including condoms) where the seal has been broken after delivery. Please read the full Refund Policy for details.
