Right of Withdrawal

EU law gives you 14 days to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. Submit your request below and we will confirm receipt by email within 24 hours.

Hygiene exemption: Condoms and other sealed hygiene products cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(e). Only unsealed items in original packaging are eligible.
