Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Rubbery. This Refund Policy describes when and how you can return products and receive a refund. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

Return Period and Eligibility

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it – unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Include all original labels, seals, and any tags (if applicable).
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, condoms cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. Only unopened condoms in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@rubbery.store. We will confirm whether your item is eligible for return and send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless we have made an error (for example, you received a defective or incorrect item), you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We do not provide prepaid return labels by default.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@rubbery.store if:

  • The item is defective or damaged; or
  • You received the wrong item.

We will review the issue and let you know whether we will offer a replacement, refund, or other remedy. If we confirm that the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Opened condoms or other intimate products where the packaging seal has been broken, due to hygiene and health protection reasons.
  • Perishable goods (for example, food or other items with short shelf life).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Certain personal care goods, where returning them would conflict with hygiene or safety standards.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items, unless they are defective or not as described.

If you are unsure whether your product is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, the fastest method is:

  • Request a return and send back the original item (if eligible), and
  • Place a new order for the product you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to condoms or other sealed intimate / hygiene products if the seal has been broken after delivery, due to hygiene and health protection regulations.

For unopened items, the following conditions apply when exercising your 14-day cooling-off right:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • You must be able to provide proof of purchase.

To exercise your 14-day cooling-off right, please contact us at info@rubbery.store within 14 days from the day you received your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

If you validly withdraw from a purchase under the 14-day cooling-off period, we will refund all payments received from you for the product, including standard delivery costs for sending the goods to you (but excluding any additional costs for express or non-standard delivery options you selected), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved:

  • We will process the refund to your original payment method.
  • We aim to process refunds within 10 business days after approval.
  • Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed with you, original shipping charges are not refunded, except where we are responsible for a defect, damage, or incorrect item.
